At ION Body, we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order. Please review the following information regarding shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

FREE SHIPPING

ION Body offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. Expedited shipping, when available, is not included in free standard shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once an order ships, customers will receive a confirmation email containing available tracking information.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ION Body is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact ION Body immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.

Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs when a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, the shipping carrier, and your property’s leasing or mail office.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect packages must be reported within seven days of the reported delivery date. Include your order number and photographs when applicable.

ION Body will assist with eligible carrier claims but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as properly delivered by the carrier.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned merchandise must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered
• Free from makeup, deodorant, lotion, stains, hair, odors, or signs of wear
• Returned with original tags and packaging
• Free from damage occurring after delivery

Waist trainers, shapewear, and compression garments may only be briefly tried on over undergarments. Items showing signs of extended wear, exercise, washing, stretching, staining, or direct intimate contact will not be accepted.

ION Body reserves the right to deny a return when merchandise does not satisfy these conditions.

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Clearance merchandise identified as nonreturnable
• Opened personal-care, body, or cosmetic products
• Worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or unsanitary merchandise
• Items returned after the return deadline

Final-sale merchandise will only be replaced or refunded if ION Body shipped the wrong item or the merchandise arrived defective.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

To secure another size or color, we recommend returning the original merchandise and placing a new order.

When a direct exchange is approved, the replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received, inspected, and accepted.

REFUNDS

Please allow 3–5 business days for a returned item to be inspected after delivery to ION Body.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.

Original expedited, international, and additional shipping charges are nonrefundable.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise must be reported within seven days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the merchandise and packaging.

If the claim is approved, ION Body will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Customers should contact ION Body as soon as possible after placing an order.

An order cannot be canceled after it enters fulfillment or ships. An eligible return may be requested after delivery.

POLICY ABUSE

ION Body reserves the right to refuse service, restrict future purchases, or reject returns involving suspected fraud, excessive return activity, altered merchandise, false claims, or other abuse of this policy.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and product information before ordering.

Sizing recommendations are general guidance and cannot guarantee a particular fit because body shapes, measurements, preferences, and compression needs vary.

Contact customer service before ordering if you need assistance selecting a size.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes:

• Are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• May be limited to one use per customer or order
• Cannot be combined unless expressly permitted
• May exclude certain merchandise
• May be modified or canceled when allowed by law

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and its content—including the ION Body name, logos, branding, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, videos, written content, and website layout—are owned by or licensed to ION Body and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the Website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. No content may be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, sold, displayed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

PRODUCT USE AND HEALTH INFORMATION

ION Body products are intended for general apparel, fitness, shaping, or lifestyle purposes. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Individual comfort, fit, and results may vary. Customers must follow product instructions and use proper judgment.

Discontinue use if a product causes pain, numbness, dizziness, difficulty breathing, skin irritation, unusual discomfort, or another concerning symptom.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using compression or waist-training products if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery or injury, or have an existing health condition.
